Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be cancelled and charged accordingly. • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancelled appointments require a new deposit to rebook. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
